5 sections

Everyone who uses Gradiently: through the site, the Designer, the API, an AI assistant connected over MCP, or a workspace someone invited you to. They apply to what you upload, make, publish and send. If you run a workspace, you are responsible for how its members use it.

Don’t upload, make or publish anything that:

  • Is illegal, or promotes or helps illegal activity.
  • Sexualises children in any way. We report it to the authorities.
  • Threatens, harasses or bullies someone, or promotes violence or hatred against people for who they are.
  • Shows sexually explicit or gratuitously violent material in anything you publish on Gradiently.
  • Shares someone’s private information without their consent.
  • Is meant to deceive: scams, fake endorsements, false claims of official status, or misleading political or health content.
  • Carries malware or links meant to harm whoever opens them.

  • Only use images, logos, fonts and text you own or have permission to use.
  • Don’t publish a Mark, template or profile that imitates someone else’s Mark, brand or identity. See the Mark Protection Policy.
  • Don’t pretend to be another person, a company or Gradiently.
  • Don’t export or pass off designs made with a Mark you don’t hold.

If someone is using your work without permission, the Copyright Policy explains how to tell us.

  • Don’t try to get into accounts, workspaces or data that aren’t yours, or to get around limits, payments or the check that compares Marks.
  • Don’t probe, scan or attack the service, or interfere with how it runs for others.
  • Don’t scrape or bulk-download Marks, designs or profiles, or use them to train AI models.
  • Don’t create accounts in bulk, claim Marks only to block others, or manipulate favourites, follows or reports.
  • Use the API and MCP within the limits in the developer pages, and keep your keys secret.
  • Don’t resell or rent access to Gradiently without our written agreement.

It depends on how serious it is and whether it has happened before. We may remove or hide content, take down a Mark, limit a feature, or suspend or close an account. We tell you what we did and why, unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it.

You can appeal within 6 months through support, and a person reviews it. Anyone can report content with the Report button on a Mark, template or profile, or by writing to hello@gradiently.design. Illegal content can be reported the same way, and we act on it without delay.

Write to us. A person reads every request and replies by email.
