In short
- We use only the cookies Gradiently needs to work.
- No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
- That is why you don’t see a cookie banner.
- You can clear them in your browser at any time.

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. Gradiently uses them for two things: keeping you signed in and secure, and remembering choices you made, such as your language.
Because every cookie we set is either strictly necessary or something you asked us to remember, the law doesn’t require us to ask for consent, so we don’t interrupt you with a banner. If that ever changes, we will ask first.
The Studio and the Forge keep a few preferences in your browser’s local storage: which panels are open, rulers and guides, zoom and view, and tips you have already seen. They stay on your device, are never sent to us and identify nobody.
Two things you choose to do take you to another company’s pages, where that company sets its own cookies under its own policy:
- Paying: checkout is hosted by Stripe, which uses cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.
- Signing in with Google: Google sets cookies on its sign-in page.
Neither sets cookies on Gradiently’s own pages. The companies we work with are listed under Subprocessors.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential ones you won’t be able to sign in. Deleting the preference cookies only resets your language and currency.
