In short
- We respect copyright and trademarks, and expect the same of everyone here.
- Send us a notice and a person reviews it.
- The person affected is told and can answer.
- Accounts that keep infringing are closed.

People own what they make. If something on Gradiently uses your copyrighted work or your trademark without permission, tell us and we will look into it and remove what infringes.
This policy is for rights that exist outside Gradiently. For a Mark that imitates a Mark you claimed here, use the Mark Protection Policy, which is quicker.
Write to hello@gradiently.design or use the support form. So we can act on it, include:
- Your name and how to reach you, and the owner’s name if you act for someone else.
- The work or trademark you say is infringed. A link or a registration number helps.
- A link to each thing on Gradiently you want removed.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your signature. Typing your full name is enough.
We confirm we received your notice and a person reviews it. If it is valid, we remove or disable what it points to, and tell the person who published it what was removed and why, including a copy of the notice without your contact details where the law allows.
If the notice is incomplete or the use looks lawful, we tell you that instead, and what is missing.
If you think the removal was a mistake, or you have permission to use the work, send a counter-notice to hello@gradiently.design within 6 months. Include:
- Your name and how to reach you.
- What was removed and where it was.
- Why you believe it was removed by mistake, with any licence or evidence you have.
- A statement that what you say is accurate, and your signature.
A person reviews it. We pass it to whoever sent the notice, and may restore the content unless they tell us they have started legal action.
We close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly. We also limit or stop accepting notices from anyone who keeps sending ones that are clearly unfounded.
