In short
- These are the only companies that handle your data for us.
- Each one gets only what its job needs, under contract.
- None of them may use your data for their own purposes.
- This page changes before a new company starts.

Each company works under a written data processing agreement. It may use personal data only to provide its service to us, must keep it secure and confidential, and must delete or return it when the work ends.
Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as the Privacy Policy explains.
We update this page before a new company starts handling personal data, and the date at the top shows the latest change. If your organisation needs notice of changes or a signed data processing agreement, write to hello@gradiently.design.
Services you connect yourself, such as your own AI assistant over MCP, are not our subprocessors. They act for you, under their own terms.
